The Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004
aims to protect the country’s water bodies from pollution from land-based sources (industries and commercial establishments, agriculture, and community/household activities).
The establishment of ENVISOL, Biocare’s environmental solution division, reflects a commitment to clean water and sanitation, aligning with the objectives of the Clean Water Act of the Philippines.
ENVISOL aims to revolutionize the wastewater treatment sector by moving away from conventional methods that heavily rely on chemicals, resulting in high operational costs and labor-intensive processes.
The partnership between Biocare Inc. Philippines and Hydroleap Pte Ltd. Singapore commenced on January 18, 2024, in Quezon City. The collaboration between Dr. Mohammad Sherafatmand, CEO and founder of Hydroleap, and Mr. Alexander Horacio Crisostomo, CEO and president of Biocare, is a significant step toward addressing the critical needs of wastewater treatment in the Philippines.

The partnership with Hydroleap brings advanced wastewater treatment technologies to local communities. By utilizing electrical energy to remove contaminants from water, this innovative approach reinforces the efficiency of environmental regulations, such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Administrative Order of 2016-08.
This collaboration showcases a proactive approach to environmental stewardship, demonstrating how partnerships between technology teams and industry leaders can lead to positive outcomes for communities and the environment.
PATENTED, HIGH PERFORMANCE, CHEMICAL FREE AND AUTOMATED ELECTROCHEMICAL SOLUTIONS.
These innovations enable the removal of a diverse array of contaminants, ensuring that ENVISOL is equipped to cater to the unique needs of various industries. By employing EC and EO, users can address various contaminants, making the solutions adaptable and effective in diverse industrial contexts.
CYCLEAN is not limited to hardware solutions; the team also leverages the digital realm to enhance our offerings. Our suite of digital solutions includes advanced capabilities in data acquisition, remote monitoring, and automated reporting. This integrated approach not only ensures the seamless functioning of our technologies but also provides valuable insights to optimize operational efficiency and environmental compliance.

Industrial cooling towers are vulnerable to several problems, including corrosion, scaling, fouling, and biological contamination.
CYCLEAN offers a unique solution to these issues through its advanced electrooxidation process (EO). Companies can benefit from up to 70% reduction in blowdown water, leading to significant cost savings.
Moreover, the total water consumption can be reduced by nearly 35%, resulting in improved water efficiency. Finally, the cycles of concentration (COC) can be increased by an impressive 40-50%. These outcomes highlight the effectiveness of the Cyclean system and its potential to enhance overall operational efficiency and sustainability.
EC Reactor
Sustainable Water Treatment Solutions via Electrocoagulation
Electrocoagulation technology, a promising water and wastewater treatment technology to treat complex wastewater streams.
With this technology, metal cations are produced on the electrodes forming various hydroxides in the water depending on the water pH. Simultaneously pollutants can be removed from water by electroflotation, which occurs with electrocoagulation and further removal by filtration.
